26 September 2009 Connectitivity issues with eGlobal-classic server
Dear clients,
Please accept our apologies for connectivity issues with eGlobal-classic server experienced on Friday, 25th of September.
Problems that occured were not related to our company, our equipment or our staff. Some of our servers are hosted at Rapidswitch ISP (Internet Services Provider) datacenter in London, UK. It's one of the top British hosting companies serving thousands of clients.
On Friday, Rapidswitch engineers performed some urgent technical updates with the network equipment and, apparently, experienced difficulties.
